Three of my very many lovely friends

Back in Norway I have many friends who I miss so much it hurts.

Three of these friends are Ingrid, Hanna and Kristine. Together we are Lureservice, which only makes sense to us. Which is kind of nice.

Just after Christmas I had mail waiting for me when I got home from work. A lovely little parcel from Norway. It contained my favourite Christmas CD of all time, a jazz pianist’s version of well-known Christmas songs. It’s so lovely, you should listen to it some day. Maybe next Christmas.

Did I tell you I love Sundays?

I may have, but I’ll tell you again.

Last Sunday I spent with my lovely friend and partner in crime Anna Kosmanovski. We run a news blog called Stories of Geelong together and every time we get together we have hour long conversations about arts, life and following your dreams. After a meeting with Anna I always feel like I could do anything I want. In fact, Anna was the one who encouraged me to start this blog.

Sunday we had lunch together. Sean was there too with his very cool t-shirt.

I made iced coffee with a dollop of my home made ice cream.

Then Sean left and Anna and I spent the whole afternoon in the the sun, listening to jazz and talking about books. And dreaming about Paris. Someday.

Then we had some home made ice cream.
